most surely. I had choice of financing a car(which I need very badly) or financing my surgery and you know what i picked. I will never regret it.

Yes if you use your Band as a tool and not as the quick fix. You still need to watch what you eat, how you eat and be faithful with supplements, exercise, etc. If you follow this lifestyle change and the advice of your nutritional team, you will see results fairly quickly. Studies show that compared to Gastic Bypass, although GBP lose faster and more weight in the 1st year, in 2 years, the results are usually even. The Lap Band is slower, but in the end the results should be about the same.
